Aylesbury v Gerrards Cross

A number of Aylesbury Hockey Club's junior teams travelled to Gerrards Cross on Sunday to take part in a number of round-robin friendly fixtures.

Lee and James would like to thanks both the boys and girls teams that completed in the Bucks Youth Games on Saturday 6th June.
The Girls team gained 2nd place and boys team gained 3rd place. A big thank you goes to the players parents who attended the games and gave great support.

Olympic Hockey Star Coaches Aylesbury Juniors

GB Olympic hockey star, Lisa Wooding, was in town last Thursday taking a coaching session at Aylesbury Hockey Club's newly established Junior Academy. Lisa has recently returned from the Beijing Olympics, where she was part of the GB Women's squad which just missed out on a medal. Lisa took twenty-eight juniors through an intensive session emphasising the key skills and techniques which are required to succeed at the international level.
