Ladies

The Ladies Section of Aylesbury Hockey Club is a vibrant and thriving part of the club. We train each Wednesday at Meadowcroft sharing the available time between the teams. We welcome all new members to the club regardless of age, experience or skill. We pride ourselves on our team spirit encompassing competition and enjoyment. We have a broad age range from young to not so young and this mix is present in each of our teams.

We always have room for new players so if you are interested please feel free to contact any one of us and we will ensure you receive a warm welcome.

Trials

Trials will start for the all ladies at 7pm, 2nd September Wednesday 2009 at Meadowcroft.

Please make sure you are there on time. The first friendly games will also be used as part of the trial process.

At 8.30pm, we will stop and Lee can select who he would like to stay on to try out for the 1s and 2s. This may include ladies who played for the 3s and 4s this season just gone. All girls who played 3s and 4s will finish at 8.30pm regardless if they are selected to try out for the 1s and 2s. If any girls are selected, Lee will inform them on the night and they will be invited to join in the 1s and 2s regular training session the following week, where they will complete their try out. Girls who played 1s and 2s last season are advised they will finish at 9.30pm.
