We desperately need more volunteers to umpire matches at weekends for both adult and junior matches. Our current crop of veteran volunteers are starting to make noises about retiring and so we need act on plans to get more people involved in this side of the game. As a club, we will always help people go through formal training but if you want an easy route in to getting some experience then you're more than welcome to umpire our juniors teams when they have matches or tournaments. We can't play games without officials so please let us know if you can help out and we'll look to host and fund an umpires course as soon as possible.
