As we start looking ahead to our 2026-2027 season we know we are in need of some extra Umpires to help us during the course of the season (& to support our incredible regular full-time Umpires), so AHC has put together our Umpire Development Program to give everyone within the Club the opportunity to learn how to Umpire with confidence .

The idea will be to support you in learning the ins & outs of Umpiring so that we can build a 'pot of people' to help us out over the season

You've asked us for the support to feel confident in Umpiring and we have listened - we have created this great Umpire Development Program so that you can feel better about taking the whistle and stepping-up to Umpire a game or two during the season.

Whether you are a general Club member or a parent/supporter or current player this program is for you - whether you want to Umpire full-time or as part of our 'pot of people'... we are here to support you as you learn in a group environment, build your confidence and give you the opportunities to practice before the season starts.
