As you may have seen, England Hockey, Sport England, DCMS & PHE have now given the approval for hockey to move to Step 4 - you will hear more from us on this great news over the coming days. For now there are no changes to any current training which will remain at Step 2 until we all complete the required qualification steps.

However, a condition of moving to Step 4 is that ALL participants (players, parents/guardians, umpires, coaches, volunteers, committee members etc) must register their consent (Parents/Guardians to register U18's consent) in an agreement directly with England Hockey (you only need to do this once, unless your information changes or you play with more than 4 organisations - you can submit multiple forms without issue).

This quick & simple form allows you to register up to 4 hockey clubs / organisations that you participate with, the order you put them in generally doesn't matter, however :
-- Aylesbury HC only appears under the first club list option
-- If you participate in the EH Pathway (DC/AC/PC etc) then you need to declare that under club number four
-- If you attend coaching camps run by 3rd party companies, then these need to be declared
-- Schools are not part of this consent process
-- So if you only participate for Aylesbury HC and Bucks AC then you select the '4 clubs' option, with Aylesbury HC in club 1, clubs 2 & 3 blank, and Bucks DC/AC in club 4

It will take at least 24 hours for EH to confirm your consent to us, and another 24hrs for us to apply that to our systems - so please allow at least 48hrs for this process to complete. You will not be able to be selected and/or participate in any form in Step 4 activities until this is complete.
