Aylesbury & Tring Kites v Harrow

Kites played Harrow today, a loss of 5 - 2. Lets say it was a bad day at the office. Althou we were only 10 players.

We had no shape unlike last week aganist Wycombe where we gave it our best shot with 10 players, a postive loss ?.

We were just getting too sucked in to where the ball was at times which gave Harrow the space when they switched the ball over to then overwhelm us when they scored.

We had brief moments where we got our passing together and pressed their defence well which is how our two goals came.

Both our goals came from Tim Brendt in the 1st half.

During the 1st half Jamie gave a lovely aerial that quite literally went out the park ( cleared the boundary fence) ooops ?. But did well in centre mid, distributing the ball to our wings.

Throughout the match when we got penned into tight spaces we did well to fight our way out with some quick, short passes to get the ball away. We had glimmers of good play for moments but its 2 halfs of 35mins. Not all was loss, some of those training grounds skills paying off ?.

Althou maybe a week to draw a line and look on to next week ?.

Oh and the 2nd half didnt quite go to plan for myself when halfway through I recieved my first yellow in 15 yrs ?? and had to sit out for 10mins, a brief moment of frustration ??.

But as they say onwards and upwards, to take Staines on next week ?.
